    >>Rough days are difficult to get through. I mean, we've all had them and they affect us to the deepest parts of our core. Something particularly atrocious occurs and then the rest of the day seems to tumble downhill from there. You get mad at people you always are nice too, the smallest noise irritates you, and you know that the drive home is bound to be filled with yelling at people teaching them how to drive for cutting you off every 5 seconds it seems lol. I repeat we've all been there 😂🤦🏾‍♂️.

    >>What I advise and am currently learning myself is to try to focus on something to be grateful for. Despite the volcanic eruptions that are causing smoke to come pouring out of your ears like an episode of Tom and Jerry, I believe it is best to focus on a positive situation that you have in your life. Something that causes you to re-shift your focus, take a step back, assess, and notice the diamonds of life in the midst of all the mud and slime that is building up around it. Once you find that diamond of gratefulness, cling to it with every ounce of your being, and more often than not, your rough situations will be figured out with a clear, crisp, and calm mind.

    >>Believe me, it can be difficult because it is not natural to pull yourself out of the chasms of anger, despair, etc. But once you do by opposing it with a focus on something to be grateful for, your whole day will positively change for you.
